July 24, 2008
If you are planning a MacWise upgrade soon, this week would be a good time to do it before the price increase.
Due to the rising costs of everything, we are forced to increase the MacWise upgrade price to $59.00
Previously, the price to upgrade from MacWise 10.7 to MacWise 11 was $59.00
The new purchase price of $95.00 will remain the same.
MacWise versions prior to 10.7 will no longer qualify for upgrade prices.
The new upgrade pricing will take affect July 28th, 2008
Leopard note: If you have not upgraded to Leopard but are planning to do it soon, your old version of MacWise may not work with Leopard. MacWise versions prior to 10.9.17 will not run at all with Leopard. MacWise version 11 is fully Leopard compatible.
Also, MacWise versions prior to version 11 ran under Rosetta emulation on Intel Macs.
MacWise version 11 is Intel and PowerPC native (universal binary).
The current version of MacWise is 11.41
