As announced in our newsletter in July, MacWise version 15 is compatible with El Capitan. Several beta versions of El Capitan had been released during the summer and MacWise has been tested with each release (including the final release issued a few days ago).
MacWise version 15.2 includes fixes for an ActivateFontFromResources error which can cause problems loading fonts with El Capitan (Mac OS 10.11). You will want to upgrade to 15.2 if you are experiencing any of the following problems: cursor positioning and screen clearing problems; error message: "ActivateFontFromResourcesFile error -985" which means the MacWise font may not have loaded; strange characters on the screen where graphic drawing lines should be.
If you have already purchased MacWise version 15, the upgrade to 15.2 is free.
If you are running MacWise version 14 or older, there is a $59.00 upgrade charge for version 15.
