* A note about Apple Pay...
If your browser and Apple device support Apple Pay, you will see an Apple Pay icon on this order form to the left of the 'Pay with Card' icon.
Apple Pay -- for the web works with the iPhone 6 and later running iOS 10. Also, works with Apple watch. You'll need a Mac (2012 or later) running macOS Sierra.
If the Apple Pay icon is not visible, then you need to set up your iPhone, iPad and or Apple Watch to use Apple Wallet with a credit card.
To this go to Settings>Wallet & Apple Pay then turn on the Allow payments on my Mac option. You'll also need to ensure that your Mac and iOS device are both logged into the same iCloud account and have Bluetooth turned on
